On entry, customer must display a valid photo identification document such as original emirates ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit / credit card that was used for purchase. The name on the identification document must match the individual rider who is participating in the XLine. Tickets are valid for one person per ticket. The ticket is valid only for the specified person and time mentioned on the ticket and cannot be reused across multiple bookings.Ticket resale is strictly prohibited, tickets purchased by ticket resellers will be canceled and will not be refunded.
